Our Queens

Misty the queen

Champion
Tinsle Misty Dawn of Hugaragdoll
(seal bi-color female)

Misty came to us from Tinsle cattery and at first she was a bit shy - she lived in a quiet home and all of a sudden she was in the middle of a busy family with kids, a dog and new cats.Misty is seal bi-color female. Misty is not a very big cat, however she still did ear her Championship title in one single show she attended. She is our alpha cat and "Perfect Mom" cat. Misty gave us numerous litters, among them many show quality Ragdolls. Anastasia, her daughter, earned Supreme Grand Championship title, highest title existing in Cat Fancy, in 2009.

Anastasia

Hugaragdoll Anastasia
(seal bi-color female)

- Regional Winner, Supreme Grand Champion
- 2nd Best Ragdoll in TICA NW Region in 2008-2009 show season
- Best Seal Bi-color Ragdoll in TICA in NW region in 2008-2009 show season
- 5th Best Ragdoll Cat in Ragdoll Fanciers Club International (RFCI) in 2008-2009 show season
- 16th Best Long Haired cat in TICA 2008-2009 show season

Anastasia is Misty’s and Suede’s daughter. She is a seal bi-color Ragdoll. She was the biggest kitty in the litter and we kept her hoping she would be an improvement in size to her mother. Ana turned out to be everything we hoped for and more. Her coat is very fluffy and soft. Her purrsonality is just amazing - she purrs non stop and is very floppy when we pick her up. Anastasia was our star show cat in the season of 2008-2009 - she easily earned her Quadrupple Grand Championship title in just a handfull of shows. She got her Best Cat in Seattle in January 2009 and earned her title of Supreme Grand Championship in April 2009. In show season 2008-2009 she was 16th best overall cat in North West Region, as well as second best Ragdoll in NW region.

Tuckleberry

Hugaragdoll Tuckleberry
(blue bi-color female)

- Grand Champion
- Third Best Blue bi-color Ragdoll in NW region in TICA 2008-2009 show season
- 14th best Ragdoll Cat in Ragdoll Fanciers Club International (RFCI) in 2008-2009 show season

Tuck is of our own breeding. She is the daughter of Missing Lynx and Suede and sister to Zara. She is a blue bi-color female. We kept her mainly for her personality, she is just so affectionate that sometimes it seems like it is way too much! We had numerous customers offering us to sell to them, but we love Tuck to bits and I guess she is a keeper!

Tuck went to her first show at 5 month and did a great job getting 2nd and 3rd in breed with 8 other kittens as competition. Tuck had a nice show carreer in the season of 2008-2009, earning her Grand Championship status while competing with Anastasia! Tuck is now at home caring for babies and we hope for many nice litters from her.

Lillielime

Showdolls Lillielime of Hugaragdoll
(lilac mitted lynx female)

Lillie came to us from Showdolls cattery along with Rumble. Lillie loves to be around people - actually, it seems like she follows you around the house. She does not care much for other cats and just wants people around. She loses weight when we go on vacation!

Lillie is a lilac mitted girl. She and Rumble will give us some lilac and chocolate kittens in the future. Lillie is a part of our lilac/chocolate program and one of our foundation queens to improve type and size in lilac and chocolate Ragdolls.

Roxolana

Hugaragdoll Roxolana
(blue colorpoint lynx female)

Roxy is our colorpoint blue lynx girl. She is daughter of Zara and Suede. Roxy was shown quite a bit as a kitten and did really well in her early shows but than decided that she does not like the noise of the show halls and Bengal kittens in particular. We tried hard to convince her that there is nothing wrong to be benched beside Bengals, but Roxy has the mind of her own and was very specific in her wishes.

So Roxy is staying home. We can not wait for her kittens as she has gorgeous profile, nice eye color, very big boning and she is a big and heavy girl! Her tail is very fluffy and the color is her coat is very light.

Another thing Roxy does not like to do is taking pictures. So we had to beg her really hard and she agreed to share part of her beauty but as usual on her terms... The only picture where she did not close her eyes is here!

Fruitcake

Hugaragdoll Fruitcake
(blue mitted female)

Fruitcake is daughter of our own Tuckleberry and Rumble. First she was on hold to go as a breeder to East Coast but that plans changed.

My fellow breeder however asked me why I do not want to keep such a beauty... That made me thing "for just a little bit", and of course Fruitcake (by that time we called her Frutti Patutti) stayed. Needless to say, she loves showing and brought many ribbons back home.

Patutti is blue mitted female with phenomenal boning and size. She is very friendly and loves to play with Q-tips. She loves lasagna and garlic dip :) But we make sure she does not get much of it! By the way, her favs are from Costco!

Peaches

Hugaragdoll Peaches and Cream
(seal bi-color tortie female)

Peaches is Dasha's kitten. Her parents are Baileyboo and Rumble. Dasha picked her out of the litter of 5 and said that it is her kitty. Peaches seems to know Dasha as her owner (I do not know how is it possible). But than again I did not believe in cat whisperers until I found one in my own family.

Peaches is seal bi-color tortie and carries chocolate. Her coat is very soft and very bunny like. And her purr-motor :) is known in the show halls across US North and Mid West and in Canada.

Our Kings

Rio the king

Quadruple Grand Champion
Bluegrasrags Emporio Armani
(blue bi-color male)

- Second Best Blue bi-color Ragdoll in NW region in TICA 2008-2009 season

Rio came to us all the way from Richmond, Kentucky, from a cattery called Bluegrasrags. We met him in Chicago, at the International Ragdoll Congress. His father, Tommy Hilfiger, is Outstanding Sire, meaning he produced more than 10 kittens which became Double Grand Champions. We understood that it is a good genetic trait when Rio Double and than Triple Granded easily against pretty big competition at the show hall.

Rio is a purr baby. Actually, when we were crossing the border with him, the guard asked us to turn off the radio because he thought Rio's purring is coming from the radio! Rio purrs non stop, even in the show cage, where he also likes to roll. His eyes are very bright dark blue color which attracts people to our corner. Thanks a lot to Cindy Carpenter for trusting us with Rio, he is definitely a very special Ragdoll.

Rumble the king

Quadrupple Grand Championship
Showdolls Rumble in The Bronx
(seal bi-color male)

Rumble is a seal bi-color boy that came to use all the way from Regina, Saskatchewan. He is also a carrier of a chocolate gene, so he will give us a variety of colors when bred to other carriers of chocolates and we are really excited to have the opportunity to bring some chocolate and lilac kittens to our customers. We named him Rumble because he purrs non stop and his purring is like a sound of rumble.

Rumble has the lightest, most radiant blue eyes we have ever seen in a Ragdoll. Rumble earned his Quadrupple Grand Championship title in show season of 2008-2009. The compatition was quite steep and we are really proud of him. Currenty Rumble is working on producing nice heatlhy kittens for our breeding program.

pedigree

Bentley
Crackonoon Bentley
(seal mitted male)

Bentley came to us from the cattery in the mountains of Colorado. He is seal mitted male Ragdoll with huge build and nice profile. He is very mellow and he is best friends with Rio, they share the same quarters!

His coat is very clear and light and he has perfect mitted pattern. Bentley loves people and loves to play. He often calls us to come over to him and he is always happy for the hugs and kisses.

Bentley was never shown as we purchased him for breeding only as we desperately needed seal mitted male! So Bentley never left our home and never went to the show hall!

pedigree

Chaos

Heatherhill Unbridled Chaos
(blue mitted lynx male)

Chaos came to us from Pensilvania, and he is part of our traditional old line breeding program. Chaos is blue mitted lynx male with absolutely stunning eye color and very substantial size. He is a very mellow cat. He was shown as a kitten but never as adult. He does not really like loud places like show halls.

pedigree

Purrminator

Izzadorable Purrminator
(blue bi-color male)

Purr baby is blue bi-color ragdoll which carries chocolate. He is out of Rumble and Vanilla Latte. His name came up accidentally when my fellow breeder emailed me and said that one of her kittens is serious purrminator. We went to visit her and were totally smitten by the size of that baby. He is massive, simply huge, and as a 'package' is a lap cat that purrs not stop!

Needless to say, we ended up keeping him for the future breedings!

Our Retired Breeders - currently all rehomed
Zara

Ragalong Zara of Hugaragdoll
(blue mitted lynx female)

2007-2008 Best blue lynx mitted Ragdoll

Zara also loves dogs, we often find her curled up together with our dog Mocca. Zara participated in many shows in the North West Region and and was best Lynx Ragdoll in NW region in 2007-2008. Zara was very consistent in producing kittens with perfect markings and wodnerful personality.

BaileyBoo

Showdolls BaileyBoo of Hugaragdoll
(chocolate mitted tortie female)

BaileyBoo came to us all the way from Saskatchewan. She is a chocolate mitted tortie Ragdoll. This is a very rare color in Ragdolls. Many people do not know what torties are: they are female cats that carry red gene. This is why their faces are sometimes asymmetrical, as red color comes together with original (in Bailey's case it is chocolate) color. The red spots on their bodies are called mottling. Tortie girls bred to traditional seal or blue boys give out red or cream boys and tortie girls... Boys can never be torties, only girls... Bailey's personality is amazing - she is a purring machine and she is a very playful cat. Her fur is extremely soft and very light, almost white in color. It is very hard to take pictures of her, because her eyes are very light and turn into pink when flash is used, and have a reflection of her chocolate color on the face when we do not use flash.

Suede the king

Meriwidoz Suede of Hugaragdoll
(blue colorpoint male)

Meriwidoz Suede of Hugaragdoll is a blue point ragdoll. He came to us all the way from Texas. Suede is a very big cat - he is about 2 times bigger than our girls. His fur is very soft. Suede loves human attention and he made friends with us very fast. Even though he has his own quarters, he often comes to visit us, and he loves to be with girls. His favourite toys are those full of catnip. His favourite place to sleep is the computer chair. We actually had to buy one more because he is so big we cannot fit in the chair with him together! Special thanks to Sharon Steadman from Masquerag and Peggy Horne from Meriwidoz catteries for letting us have him here!
Other photos are available here.

Coco

Ridgerags Coco Chanel
(seal lynx colorpoint female)

Coco Chanel is a seal point lynx. She hides at the top of the cat tree and looks down at you as you walk into the TV room. She loves to chase and run around the house. Her favorite toy is the fuzzy unicorn that she found in Dasha's room. She is a bit shy with strangers than the rest, but when she loves you, she is the most loyal companion. She came to us from Ridgerags in Maple Ridge.
